It has no smell, no taste. The lubricating effect is obtained from the properties of the gel polymer, increasing the sensations of pleasure. Glycerin is a compound with moisturizing properties, which makes it absorb water from the medium in which it is found. In the gel, its action is to delay the drying of the gel.
